family-friendly and allergies-free. Strict adherence to this policy must be observed to safeguard your security deposit. The cabin is kid friendly. Children and singles under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. RATES Different seasonal rates apply. Weekly from $575.00 Monthly from $1650 month with no cleaning fee. Nightly from $99 Weekend nights from $125.00 (except holidays) Holidays $175/night Rates are for up to 7 persons. A 2 night minimum is required. Other fees: Refundable security deposit S250.00 (refunded within 48 hours of ck-out if all clear by housekeeper). 9.05% AZ lodging tax 1-time cleaning fee $75.00 (waived for 1 week+ lodgings) NOTE: Security deposit does not count towards rent.
